We want you to be happy with your purchase. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Refund or replacement requests must include proof of purchase and, where applicable, photos of the issue.

Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used hair oil products cannot be returned unless the product is defective or the incorrect item was sent.

Refunds are processed after the returned product or claim has been reviewed and approved. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged, faulty, or incorrectly supplied.
